🚶‍♂️ WFH STEP CRISIS SOLVED!
My step count died when WFH started. Cue the guilt, stiff back, and 3 PM slumps 😴
Then I found the best compact treadmill for small spaces—fits under my sofa & lets me walk WHILE I work!

Today was an incredibly productive day for me. I completed almost all my tasks 🎉
I started the day with porridge.
I completed the Duolingo challenge.
I read the Quran and books.
I solved 25 paragraphs and 25 math questions.
I'm preparing for my master's degree interview next week. That's why I read a report on architecture and restoration.
Then I took a demo lesson to try it out. It's about the exam I will take in 17 days. 🤦🏻‍♀️
At night, I went to the site's gym and walked and ran for 30 minutes.
There is so much to do but time is so limited! I hope every day is this productive. I’m waiting for your good wishes 🌸

Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. As you get leaner by exercising, you may not lose much weight. But you do need protein to maintain healthy muscles. Wear the size of clothes you feel comfortable wearing. And yes, in women's clothing, sizing can vary by the manufacturer.
thankyou dear. I hope the blue crop top is looser on me. I'm sure it will be because it's a large and the one I'm wearing in my latest selfies is a medium. Yes I consume a lot of protein. Instead of the second banana I'm gonna eat a 10 gram protein granola bar. Right meow! Thank you for speaking so properly to me. Thats a bit rare.
I am quite sad and disappointed in myself I never learned to lift weights or anything of that nature. I find women's swimmers arms so alluring with their muscles. But I do have the ability to do some yoga. All I do is stairstepper and walking. I'm ocd ADHD and possibly autistic. Am a slow learner and "like what I like". I don't like change. I mean , ofc I want all wars to end and to heal ourselves and the earth. But other than that I'm stuck in my ways, to an extent. If things go more toxic I will try and change. I want to be a good woman. Have a great day! And a lovely life!
